I own a small bakery and I only have a dozen employees.
I really count on them and I want to do right by them. While I’ve been building up the business it didn’t seem like I could offer retirement benefits, but today we’re doing better, and I’d like to look into it. I know there are tax benefits, and I need to think about my own long-term plans as well. Can I trust the same company to handle it all? I don’t like the idea of going to a big institution with a one-size-fits-all solution. I’d rather have service that’s a bit more personal. That’s how my bakery operates, after all.
