My company has 148 employees and annual revenues around $45 million.
We’ve been working with the same provider of retirement plans with the same broker that sold us the plan since we got big enough to start offering 401(k) benefits. Our broker comes out and meets with our staff periodically, and our employees seem to like him, but I really don’t know if we’re getting value for the fee. I certainly don’t want to be paying too much in fees and hidden costs, but I’ve heard that a lot of companies do without even knowing. How can I be sure we’re doing the best for my employees?
